Responsibilities

• Loads and empties dish machine, washes pots, pans, cooking utensils and equipment by hand.
• Removes waste, empties and cleans garbage receptacles and cleans the kitchen by sweeping, mopping and washing walls and floors.
• Stocks dishware and glassware after cleaning and assists with banquet setup as requested.
• Follow MSDS standards, safety and sanitation procedures.
• Participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per UDX policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
