Job summary

Requirements include a High School diploma, ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and a current Food Handler's Certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash all tableware, silverware, pots and pans promptly and thoroughly.
• Monitor machine temperatures and chemical levels; ensure items are clean and rewashed if needed.
• Store clean items properly and manage waste and recycling to keep kitchen clean.
• Follow health and safety regulations and restaurant policies, including food handler certification.
