Job summary

TGI Fridays is looking for a dedicated Dishwasher to support guests and team members by keeping utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment clean and sanitized. You will ensure availability of clean dishes, maintain the dishwashing area, and assist with prep duties while following Ecosure standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Maintain daily cleanliness of dishware, utensils, glassware and equipment.
• Able to follow sanitation procedures and safety regulations.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
• Must communicate clearly with cooks and expediters.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment according to Ecosure standards.
• Ensure dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.
• Clean and sanitize service area and kitchen throughout shift.
• Complete assigned prep work and beautification duties.
• Trouble-shoot dishwasher machine malfunctions.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members.
