Qualifications

• Six months of previous kitchen work experience required.
• Must hold a sanitation certificate from the local Health Department.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tableware for washing.
• Collect and wash soiled pots and restack cleaned pots.
• Responsible for removing garbage and refuse.
• Mop, scrub, rinse, and polish hard floors.
• Wash walls and ceiling tiles.
• Clean and sanitize all cooking equipment.
• Maintain and distribute company assets.
• Set up the dishwashing machine.
• Stack and store clean dishes in proper kitchen areas.
• Recognize and use appropriate chemicals.
• Clean all floors.
• Other duties as necessary.
