Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is hiring Stewards in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with Level 1 entry and Level 2 advanced roles. We offer flexible shifts, full-time and part-time positions, and opportunities to contribute to a clean, safe kitchen while supporting culinary teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and collaborate with teams.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to take direction efficiently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift during shifts.
• Willingness to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Level 1: no prior stewarding experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Level 1: Keep dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment clean and stored.
• Level 1: Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas.
• Level 2: Perform detailed cleaning of kitchen and F&B equipment and areas.
• Level 2: Work independently while supporting culinary and F&B teams.
