Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, VA and other locations seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee dishwashing and stewarding operations, ensuring proper utensil sanitation and compliance with Health Department requirements and hotel standards.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor . In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef’s and Culinary team with operations of all kitchen dishwashing/stewarding associates to ensure proper washing of kitchen utensil sanitation. He/she is also responsible for supervising associates that clean/wash outlet surfaces and utensils making sure they are clean and in compliance with all Health department requirements and hotel/resort guidelines .

Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour

What We’re Looking For

• 1 + years’ experience in a Stewarding and/or Dishwasher capacity for a high-volume/fine dining/Restaurant/Food and Beverage Outlet/ Banquet Department or kitchen production helpful .


• 1+ years of culinary/stewarding supervisor experience in food service, fine dining, or restaurant is helpful.
