Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Carmel, IN is seeking a Dishwasher to wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment. You will help keep the kitchen clean and organized to support our dining team and residents.

This position requires a friendly attitude, strong teamwork, and clear communication. You should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
