Job summary

Newport Restaurant Group is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain clean dishes and support kitchen operations at Iron Works in Warwick, RI. This role involves washing dishes, pots, pans, and assisting with basic prep in a fast-paced environment.

You should be positive, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior dishwashing experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow within our 100% employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends and some holidays as needed.
• Prior dishwashing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean equipment for the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and trays by hand and by using the dishwashing machine
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors
• Wash work tables and cleans food storage areas
• Assist with trash and garbage
• Help to load or unload supplies and transfer between storage and work areas
• Basic food prep, cutting, washing, and chopping
