Job summary

Boiling Point is seeking a motivated dishwasher to maintain a clean kitchen area for staff and guests. You will wash dishes, stock items, and support general kitchen duties.

The role requires standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You must pass a background check and contribute to safe, sanitary practices and friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment, specifically as a dishwasher.
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment
• Must be able to work flexible schedules
• All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process
• Ability to continuously stand or walk
• Ability to bend and lift frequently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to squat occasionally

Responsibilities

• Set up dish stations according to BP’s guidelines and standards
• Ensures all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage area
• Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware
• Keep dish room clean and organized
• Responsible for general housekeeping as needed including receiving and storing supplies, sweeping floors, clean trash cans and remove trash when needed, replenishing supplies when stock is low
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
• Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
• Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct
