Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service is seeking a Dishwashing position to keep a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area in a fast-paced environment. You will operate and maintain a commercial dishwasher, stock essentials, and assist with deliveries while upholding a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.

Ideal candidates will have teamwork skills, familiarity with best practices in a kitchen, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, positive attitude.
• Experience operating a commercial dishwasher preferred.
• Willing to obtain state/local food safety handler and sanitation certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash utensils, equipment and dishes using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Put away clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors; unload and store deliveries.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
• Communicate regularly with management via calls, emails, and texts.
