Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and uphold Valley View Casino & Hotel’s Standards of Excellence, Mission and Vision.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Scrape, rack, stack, and wash dishware, silverware, and cookware per standards.
• Keep work area clean and sanitary; remove trash and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Stock supplies like plates, silverware, pots, and pans.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment safely.
• Clean hoods, stoves, countertops, and display cases.
• Collaborate with Food Servers, Utilities, Cooks, and Supervisors to run a smooth operation.
