Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Must possess and demonstrate willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions and direction.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, reading and writing.
• Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reset dining tables to venue standards.
• Assist service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Observe and respond to guest requests and needs.
• Keep side stations clean and stocked; perform side work as required.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth operation in a fast-paced casino dining area.
