Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of dishwashing machine and manual systems.
• Complete opening side duties.
• Complete closing side duties.
• Assist in cleaning kitchen areas and service zones.
• Sort waste into four groups (food, glass/plastic recycling, cardboard/paper, trash).
• Maintain glass, china, and silverware storage systems.
• Move pots, pans, and equipment as needed during service.
• Keep service line stocked with plates and serving equipment.
• Deliver plate ware, glassware, and silver to storage locations.
