Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist our kitchen to ensure cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Collect and wash pots and pans and all kitchen equipment including hot boxes and speed carts.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organized.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized.
• Follow kitchen standard operating procedures.
