Job summary

The Bridgewater Club LLC in Carmel, IN is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen and support the culinary team. You will wash and sort dishes, set up dish stations, and assist with basic food prep as needed.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and the ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. HS diploma or GED is required. Previous hospitality/kitchen experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean kitchen, washes and sorts dishes, and preps as needed.
• Sets up dish stations, machines, and sinks.
• Maintains clean floors throughout the shift.
• Wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and containers.
• Change machine water and sink water every two hours or as needed.
• Assist in storing food deliveries promptly.
• Maintain trash cans and remove full trash/boxes at shift end.
• Keep dry storage organized and shelved.
• Follow posted daily dish cleaning duties.
• Assist in food prep and other duties as requested by the chef.
