Job summary

BIGHORN Golf Club in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of the kitchen dish area and prep spaces in Food & Beverage operations. Responsibilities include washing wares, polishing silverware, and assisting with general kitchen tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash wares in a dishwashing machine or by hand according to food safety standards.
• Polish silverware, platters, and chafing dishes.
• Collect trash from kitchen areas and manage garbage cans.
• Inspect floors and surfaces for cleanliness and safety.
• Store clean dishes and wares in designated areas.
• Assist with food preparation, deliveries, and cleaning coolers/freezers.
