Job summary

Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support Meridians Restaurant operations. The role ensures a clean, safe kitchen environment and supports the culinary team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include washing wares, handling chemicals, maintaining logs, and assisting with food prep. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, be 18+, and English proficient; food handler card and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• CPR / AED / First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all kitchen wares using dishwashing machines and three-compartment sinks.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and maintain machine water logs.
• Drain and change machine water as needed; store and organize cleaned items.
• Scrub pots and pans and keep kitchen areas clean.
• Clean back dock and delivery areas; respond to spills promptly.
• Collect trash and manage waste; ensure proper disposal.
• Assist with food preparation and stock cooler, freezers, and storerooms.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Chef.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
