Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Corpus Christi is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen environment. You will wash and sanitize dishes, load and unload the machine, and help with glassware and bar set ups.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is needed; schedule changes may occur.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize the kitchen work area and equipment.
• Collect used kitchenware, glassware, and flatware from designated areas for sorting and rinsing.
• Load and unload the dishwashing machine and racks.
• Wash items by hand as needed.
• Set up and/or break down of dishwashing area.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
• Sweep and mop floors; clean machines and appliances.
• Buss and clean tables as required.
• Follow department procedures and schedules for cleaning.
