Verdana VillageMaster Association in Estero, FL, part of Troon, is seeking a driven full-time dishwasher to join our fast-paced, hospitality-focused team. You will wash and sanitize china, glass, silverware, and cooking equipment, assist in stocking and rotating food and beverage products, and support basic food prep as directed by the Chef or F&B Manager.

No prior experience is required for this entry-level role.

Responsabilidades

• Wash and sanitize china, glass, silverware, and cooking equipment, in a dish machine or by hand.
• Assist in stocking and rotating incoming food and beverage products.
• Assist in basic food preparation as assigned by the Chef or Food & Beverage Manager.
• Empties kitchen trash and disposes of garbage.
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Perform daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Maintain sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Alert the chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdown.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
