Summary
The Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher is responsible for the overall cleanliness of kitchen areas and dishware, tableware, and service ware under the guidance of the Kitchen Steward Supervisor.

Education, Training, And Experience
Language Ability
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates and Licenses
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate and applicable licensing.
Work Environment
The work environment is loud, with smoking in portions of the casino, which may be smoky. Candidates must endure hot and moist conditions.
Physical Demands
Employees must frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently and more with assistance.
