Job summary

Fenway Hotel in Dunedin, FL is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher to support our hotel culinary team and maintain cleanliness across the kitchen.

You will wash dishes, assist with basic prep, stock supplies, and uphold ServSafe standards while working a 24/7 operation in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher preferred.
• Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using machine or by hand.
• General cleaning of equipment, floors, walls, coolers, and freezers.
• Basic food preparation - peeling vegetables, portioning product, etc.
• Restock clean dishes, flatware, and all cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen area and follow safety procedures.
