Job summary

Atrium Hospitality’s Chateau on the Lake in Branson, MO is hiring a Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher to keep kitchen areas clean and organized. No experience required; training provided, with potential for growth within Atrium SPIRIT.

You will sanitize equipment, wash dishes, manage trash, assist with setup/breakdown, and support events while upholding sanitation standards in all food and beverage spaces.

Qualifications

• Food safety certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
