Job summary

12 Oaks Management Serivces Inc is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to maintain clean dishware, utensils, and glassware for meals and events. You will also assist with cleaning pots, pans, and kitchen areas, and follow sanitation rules.

The role may involve bus duties, table setup, trash removal, and lifting up to 30 pounds. A high school diploma or GED and one year of assisted living experience are preferred. Flexible schedule and able to work weekends are a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to follow spoken and written instructions.
• Able to work without direct supervision.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Regularly lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally lift over 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware to stock the dining areas and set tables.
• Ensures a proper supply of clean pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils for kitchen staff.
• Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation.
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices.
• May help bus and set tables and perform other cleaning duties as required (cleaning kitchen and floors, removing trash, etc.).
