Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Engaging personality and a willingness to meet new people.
• Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain a daily sanitation log for dish washing areas.
• Keep work areas clean and communicate any items not ready.
• Lead recycling and sustainability efforts using the compactor.
• Turn off lights and conserve water; report leaks to a supervisor.
• Uphold safety by monitoring high traffic areas to prevent accidents.
• Use proper racks to protect dishes and small wares from damage.
• Proactively clean and sanitize equipment during slow periods.
• Learn different kitchen tasks and develop new skills.
• Be part of a team and assist in other areas as needed.
• Provide engagement with guests and crew with a sincere smile.
