Job summary

Chicken-Ranch-Casino is seeking a Steward to join the Food and Beverage team. As a CRCR Ambassador, you will help keep the kitchen running smoothly by washing dishes, cleaning floors, and supporting prep and catering events. You will ensure all outlets stay clean, organized, and safe for guests and staff.

The role requires attention to safety, independence, and strong teamwork. You will follow safety procedures, manage waste, stock supplies, and assist with deliveries while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: 1+ year of dishwashing experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and devices/machines.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high performance.
• Excellent teamwork and guest service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of kitchen areas, including floors, mats, kitchen, and equipment.
• Rinse, sort, wash, load and unload dishes.
• Assist with delivery orders and organize storage areas.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean; manage mats.
• Sort and remove trash; support catering and events.
• Identify and resolve problems with kitchen equipment.
• Sanitize and maintain general kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist Prep Cooks and stock supplies.
