Taleo in Reno, NV seeks a dependable kitchen steward to maintain cleanliness and support kitchen operations. You will follow OSHA guidelines, use proper cleaning chemicals, and manage supplies and equipment across shifts.

Responsibilities include dish room duties, floor care, and reporting maintenance issues. The position requires 1 year of janitorial kitchen experience and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• OSHA knowledge and safety standards are required.
• Basic reading, writing and task completion skills are required.
• Must be precise, able to follow instructions and exercise independent judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchens.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and organize equipment.
• Operate and maintain dish machines, glass machines, floor scrubbers and burnishing machines.
• Clean floors, mats and drains for sanitary reasons.
• Remove dirty dishes and restock with clean dishes.
• Report maintenance issues and faulty equipment.
