The role supports the Food and Beverage department in a busy casino setting and contributes to safety and quality standards.

The position is non-exempt and based at Oxford Casino Hotel in Oxford, Maine, with a focus on sanitation, multi-tasking, and team collaboration to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Formación

• Experience in cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas and dishware.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards per governmental agencies.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively within a team.
• Experience with dishwashing equipment and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans kitchen areas, dishware, and service ware to required standards.
• Maintains dishwashers and related equipment.
• Follows 3-compartment sink procedures and safety protocols.
• Performs routine cleaning tasks including hood filters and floor care.
