Job summary

Boathousepa is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations. You will perform dishwashing, pot washing, and cleaning tasks, while ensuring proper storage and rotation of food and supplies.

You will also handle janitorial duties in Dining Room, Bistro, and related dining areas, following sanitary standards and regulatory procedures. The role requires endurance for long shifts, attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain a clean, compliant kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fine dining or casual dining.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, bend or work in confined spaces.
• Written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with good judgment and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing, pot washing, cleaning, and rotation of food and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas including Dining Room and Bistro and other Dining Activity spaces.
