Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time Steward for the Boise location. The role runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm with a pay range of $23.00–$25.00 per hour. Required are 3 to 5 years of purchasing, restaurant, or food-service experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of purchasing, restaurant, or food-service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and prep surfaces as assigned.
• Segregate and remove trash and garbage and dispose of it properly.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food preparation equipment.
• Assist with banquet setup and with loading or delivering supplies and product.
