Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, and trash compactors.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators and prep surfaces as assigned.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas with safe lifting.
