Job summary

Sarasota National Club in Venice, FL is seeking a full-time dishwasher/steward to support a fast-paced culinary team within Troon’s hospitality portfolio.

Responsibilities include cleaning and stocking dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following safe work practices. Regular attendance and prior restaurant experience are required; healthcare, retirement with employer match, and PTO are offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is required.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Compensation

$16.00 hourly
