Job summary

Casino-Fandango is seeking a Kitchen Steward to support the Food & Beverage team. You will clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, while keeping work areas tidy and sanitary.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to follow English instructions. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and overtime, is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and other items from dining areas.
• Clean heavy pots, pans, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and clean assigned kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Monitor trash receptacles and empty as needed; maintain clean workstations.
• Assist kitchen team during busy service periods; maintain a positive demeanor.
• Follow all policies, sanitation standards, and safety procedures.

Kitchen StewardJoin our Food & Beverage team as a Kitchen Steward and help keep our kitchen running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
