Job summary

Dough Zone USA is looking for kitchen staff to support Moji Food Central Kitchen in Kent, WA. Join a team that values reliable work opportunities and internal growth while contributing to daily kitchen operations and high-volume production.

The role involves preparing ingredients, following SOPs, operating standard equipment safely, and maintaining sanitation. It offers an hourly wage of $18.50-$20 with full-time benefits for eligible employees, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Past experiences working as a cook, chef, or in a similar role within a high-volume production kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen manager in daily operations
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (knead dough, make fillings, and handle raw materials)
• Follow standard procedure (SOP) to prepare and cook food
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, appliances and workstations
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Fast-paced dish cleaning
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, appliances and workstations
