The Role

Multiple kitchen positions are available, based on expertise and skills. These positions will work collectively in the Premium Service kitchens.

Responsibilities
  • Follow assignments from the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisors for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
  • Prepare food items by complying with portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure that proper food temperatures are maintained.
  • Maintain safety standards, neatness, and sanitation of work areas.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, including shelves, walls, floors, and drains.
  • Participate as a team player with responsibilities related to preparation, service, and delivery of products.
  • Maintain sanitation of all dining and cooking utensils and cookware.
  • Handle and clean kitchen equipment carefully and safely to prevent damage or injury.
  • Adhere to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Professional training through culinary education or experience in a high-volume fine dining restaurant or catering facility, full-service casual dining preferred.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work all events at Dash Stadium, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Sufficient mobility to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and regulations, and complete safety training.
