Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Park in Odessa, TX seeks an energetic Kitchen Shift Manager to oversee kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety, and deliver prompt service for guests. You will train staff, manage inventory, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to sanitation. You will coordinate with vendors, maintain safety standards, and support open/close duties while providing exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in food service.
• Strong understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
• Flexibility in work schedule.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to make appropriate decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Food Manager and TABC certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to move about the park and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory to stock ingredients and supplies for service.
• Provides training to staff and maintains standards.
• Maintains prompt service times, flow, and organization.
• Ensures cleaning and sanitation levels are maintained by staff.
• Works with vendors to verify orders and deliveries.
• Leads staff and serves as a role model during shifts.
• Manages open/closing duties and ensures concessions are ready to sell.
• Supports dress code and performs other duties as needed.
