Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring recipes are followed, accurate weights and measurements, maintaining service speed, keeping stations clean, and addressing issues with guidance from senior management.

Qualifications

• Must be available to run a shift from 5:30am-3pm or 2pm-11pm, multiple days per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
• Ensures accurate weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Maintains pace to meet the restaurant's speed of service guidelines.
• Keeps workstations clean at all times.
• Addresses guest and team member issues; consults with management for complex issues.
• Maintains a positive working relationship and provides direction and feedback.
• Communicates employee performance and policy violations to management.
