Do you love the challenge of a fast-paced environment? If so, then you are a great candidate for Exhibition Cook at Catch-a-Fire Pizza. POSITION SUMMARY

Catch-a-Fire Pizza is now hiring a full-time Cook. We are seeking a passionate culinary professional to work with our Chef and Back of House team to prepare wood-fired food and other featured items from our creative, artisan menu. Part time hours are also available. This position will require working nights and weekends.

Qualifications
  1. Passion for food
  2. No previous experience necessary - We will train you!
  3. Preferred Qualifications:
    1. 3+ years of kitchen experience & strong culinary skills
    2. Wood-fired cooking experience
    3. Excellent knife skills
    4. ServSafe Manager Certification
Requirements
  1. Dependable attendance and punctuality
  2. Ability to work with professionalism with all team members and guests at all times
  3. Adept in following directions & adhering to procedures with quality, consistency & speed
  4. Completing guest orders accurately and within service goals
  5. Working clean and professionally at all times in our exhibition kitchen
  6. Being extremely knowledgeable about our menu
  7. Following proper food safety procedures
  8. Must be able to thrive and excel in a fast-paced environment and consistently uphold very high standards
  9. Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and demonstrate teamwork
  10. Attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standards
Responsibilities
  1. Be a Brand Ambassador! Promote Catch-a-Fire’s goals and company culture; follow company policies & procedures
  2. Able to successfully collaborate and communicate with all team members
  3. Able to thoroughly understand all menu items and be able to execute with quality, consistency & speed
  4. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and menu items are prepared to specs
  5. Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
  6. Properly cook and handle various food items (including meat, seafood, dairy and vegetables) using a variety of cooking methods
  7. Operate one or more of the following stations: Wood-fired Oven, Toss, Pizza Make, Cold Side, Hot Side
  8. Successfully open and close your workstation using proper procedures and guidelines
  9. Communicating with other team members to coordinate orders and maintain efficient speed of service
  10. Assisting in keeping food storage areas organized and sanitized
  11. Assisting in keeping food items rotated and labeled
  12. Clean dishes, wash cooking utensils and cookware as needed
  13. Taking out trash/recycling/compost as needed
  14. Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workspace at all times
  15. Focus on quality control and speed of service so the restaurant can operate efficiently and successfully
