Kitchen Shift Lead (Fulltime) - Full availability Monday through Sunday mornings and nights

Duties and responsibilities :

  1. Managing the daily food operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development, and performance management of all employees in the back of the house.
  2. Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
  3. Optimize profits and ensure customer satisfaction with their dining experience and food quality.
