Job summary

Granite Recovery Centers in New Hampshire is hiring a Kitchen Utility Service Worker to support our residential treatment program. You will help keep a clean, safe, and organized kitchen that sustains residents and staff during meals and daily operations, under supervision.

This on-site role rewards reliability, teamwork, and strong attention to sanitation. If you have prior kitchen or utility experience, a HS diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen, you’ll fit right

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior kitchen or utility experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, pots, and pans by hand and/or dishwasher.
• Clean all work areas, including steam tables, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen and cafeteria daily.
• Remove garbage and cardboard from the kitchen and cafeteria areas.
• Assist in receiving and putting away food and supply deliveries.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of breakfast and lunch service.
• Follow a daily and weekly cleaning schedule.
• Maintain the dishwashing station and three-compartment sink in a sanitary condition.
• May assist with light food preparation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or facility leadership.
