Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeps and mops floors; removes trash to designated areas.
• Re-stocks cleaning supplies and maintains tidiness throughout food service areas.
• Assists with basic setup and breakdown tasks as needed.
