Job summary

Required are 1 year of experience and relevant certifications; candidates must be 18+ with good English skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• STA Kitchen Worker certification preferred.
• Knowledge of proper stove and equipment cleaning techniques preferred.
• Familiarity with handling industrial cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to a respectful, inclusive, safety-conscious environment.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service in line with company culture.
• Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, floors, grills, broilers, and surfaces.
• Conduct high-dusting throughout kitchen and beverage outlets.
• Use cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations and company policies to sanitize equipment and workspaces.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, sinks, and garbage disposals; breakdown/reassembly as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas during shift.
• Transport garbage, recycling, and debris to disposal locations.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies.
