Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred; STA Kitchen Worker certification preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, floors, grills, and broilers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work areas throughout the shift.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner.

Skills

Knowledge of proper stove and equipment cleaning techniques

Familiarity with handling industrial cleaning agents and chemicals

Strong communication skills

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
