Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware for dish machine.
• Wash and replace ware in storage areas as designated.
• Maintain dish areas and ensure machine is functioning properly.
• Clean and organize kitchen floors and trash areas.
• Label and store deliveries; separate garbage and recycling.
• Set up workstation with supplies and report shortages.
