Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or dishwashing experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitary requirements of a food service operation.
• ServSafe Food Handler Training Certificate required within 30 days of hire and maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using manual and machine methods.
• Support general kitchen cleanliness and assist in departmental operations.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Maintain standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
• Follow regulatory standards to ensure quality and safety compliance.
