Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a reliable Utility Worker to carefully clean and sanitize the kitchen space and equipment, ensuring a safe, hygienic dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, glassware, pots and pans, keeping dish machines at required sanitizer levels, and maintaining organized storage; the role also involves cleaning floors, walls, and reducing waste by removing trash.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Capacity to work cooperatively with others.
• Must be able to carry up to 60 lbs.
• Physical stamina to stand and move during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items.
• Ensure sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area; keep storage organized.
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster; sanitize garbage cans.
