Job summary

Bay 9 Holdings LLC dba Edgemere in Dallas, Texas, seeks a Kitchen Attendant responsible for cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen and culinary supplies, ensuring sanitation standards are met and inventory and deliveries are organized and stored.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of proper cleaning and sanitizing techniques.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize pots, dishes, utensils, and carts.
• Stock and rotate food and non-food supplies.
• Maintain chemical levels and temperatures for dish machines and sinks.
• Close procedures: sweep, mop, remove trash, secure storage areas.
• Follow laws, policies, and procedures; maintain punctual attendance.
