Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dish cleaning practices and dining etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware and utensils and run through the dish machine.
• Carry clean dishes to storage areas and to cook’s line as needed.
• Wash pots and utensils by hand under supervision and report hazards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and stockrooms; take out trash.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety standards and assist with other duties as assigned.
