Qualifications

• Greet guests with a welcoming, hospitality-focused demeanor.
• Expedite dishes from kitchen to table per service sequence.
• Describe food and outline menu features to guests.
• Communicate clearly with expeditor to ensure correct delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the station.
• Assist with opening and closing side-work and duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner.
• Expedite food from kitchen to table as directed by service sequence.
• Describe dishes and menu features upon placement.
• Coordinate with expeditor for correct table delivery.
• Perform opening/closing side-work and maintain station cleanliness.
• Relay guest feedback to management to ensure quality service.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
