About the Role:

As a Cook at Off The Hook, you'll set the tone for our restaurant by ensuring all food meets our high standards. Embrace the energetic atmosphere, collaborate with your team, and help ensure every meal meets our premium Real Cajun Real Fast dishes. You'll be essential in creating a welcoming environment, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting your team to deliver top-notch Cajun food. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is ideal for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals that meet our standards
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining energy
  • Craft exceptional dishes and deliver a memorable dining experience
  • Handle various kitchen tasks including food prep, cooking, and cleaning
  • Follow all food safety regulations, including proper handling and storage
  • Use kitchen equipment safely, perform basic maintenance, and report malfunctions
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements for Success:
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage changing priorities
  • Able to work various shifts including days, weekends, and training sessions
  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience
  • Complete all required Off The Hook training programs
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
