Kitchen Tune-Up Burlington, VT is hiring Kitchen Remodeler/Apprentice to join our team for kitchen remodeling projects on-site in Vermont. Training is provided with a direct track to advancement and opportunities to earn a bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities include arriving on time, following the project manager's instructions, maintaining a clean jobsite, and communicating progress daily. No prior paid experience required; prefer mechanical skills or home project experience.

Qualifications

• No paid experience needed; seeks mechanical skills or home project experience.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to follow instructions and report progress.
• Attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools (table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, nail gun).

Responsibilities

• Arrive at jobsite on time and ready to work.
• Follow instructions from the project manager and Trustpoints.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly; clean up daily.
• Communicate progress to the project manager daily.
• Work quickly, efficiently, and safely to complete tasks.
